In 2021, the idea was born: attach custom speakers to a select number of barrels and play a dedicated genre of music to them individually.
Housed in an isolated music aging room, our distillate uniquely responds to the sound, vibration, and rhythm from reggae, hip-hop, rock, house, Latin, and shima uta (island folk music). Each genre imparts its own character, influencing the flavor, aroma, and texture within.
With no established precedent, we aim to push the boundaries of traditional aging techniques—crafting exceptional products while deepening our understanding of the complex interplay between sound, chemistry, and flavor
